The 1st cancel is a Columbus OH pictorial RED hand cancel of 03/12/1983 on a 20 cent Flag stamp, showing a hot air balloon titled "1783-1983 Ballooning Bicentennial Station" from Colopex 83 stamp show. Cover has an engraved first day of issue "ARTMASTER black printed cachet" showing people on the ground by a tethered hot air balloon, titled: "Hot Air Ballooning". The 2nd cancel is the first day of issue bullseye Albuquerque NM, 03/31/1983 hand cancel on the new 20 cent Hot Air Ballooning stamp (#2033) showing modern hot air balloons in flight.
