After years of painstaking and diligent research the unique modern USA and Canada Local Posts CD's are now available.
Commencing in the early 1950’s the CD's contains information on over 1000 Local Posts and if printed on A4 would cover more than 2600 pages! This definitive work, is to the best of our knowledge and belief the only information available today.
For a number of reasons many stamps appear without a date of issue and no consecutive catalogue number. Also no prices are given as so little material has been made available. Putting prices on stamps that had not been seen on the market for decades would serve no purpose.
Following the world wide success of BLPA’s Volume 1 (British Local Posts) the Island of Pabay is proud to offer this work in 2 CD's, edited by Ralph Phillips, to the many collectors who are interested in the varied and exciting world of USA and Canada Locals.
The size of the 2 CD's is over 1200Mb. The format is a series of Word documents and should be easily accessible by most PC’s with a CD drive.
